Grade A

 All cosmetics are like new or near-mint condition. There are no visible signs of wear or scratches on the screen, corners, and the back of the device. They will be at an excellent condition and will show next to no signs of previous use. They have been fully inspected. They are in excellent working order with very limited cosmetic blemishing.

Grade B

All cosmetics are used or "good" condition. There may be some light cosmetic damage on the case, such as scratches and scuff marks. They have been fully inspected and are in excellent working order. They are fully intact with moderate cosmetic blemishing.

Grade C

They have been well used and will show signs of wear. There may be some noticeable cosmetic issues with the device including more significant scratches and signs of wear and tear. However, the device underwent all of our testing procedures and is fully functional and are in excellent working order.
